MY STORY
Michael A. Brown served in healthcare leadership before becoming a nationally known consultant, executive coach, facilitator, trainer, and experiential facilitator. He began using self-administering assessment tools like Myers Briggs and DISC’s in the early 1990’s. Michael is also the President and Primary Consultant for ESTEAMTD.COM. He has provided training and development programs on all levels for c-level executives, leadership, management, and front-line staff for thirty years.
He is widely recognized for his expertise in corporate training and development, leadership development, coaching, organizational development, assessment training, and job benchmarking. These services were rendered to both the private sector and not-for-profit organizations including municipalities, housing authorities, school districts, education service centers, schools, colleges and universities, Intervention/prevention programs for youth and families, the juvenile justice system, retail service organization, faith-based organization and Fortune 500 to 100.
